No Foo Foo Pizza – there is just something totally wrong with calling anything with a cream sauce, fruit or whole wheat crust a pizza. Now I know that I am in the Northwest, heavy on the West, but common – Pizza in America was first started by Italian immigrant with the first "official" pizzeria in America is generally believed to have been founded by Gennaro Lombardi in Little Italy, Manhattan1905 with New York's issuance of the mercantile license. I know many Italians that agree with me.

So though you may call it Hawaiian Pizza, to us purest pineapple is a fruit and belongs in a dessert.
