Picture this; you are running a little late and yet you need to make a quick stop at the local Fred Meyer’s and pick up something to take with you. You pull into the parking lot and it is really full. But wait, you see a spot just on the other side of that red mini van near the exit and you think, “Yeah, I hit the parking lot jackpot!” You pull out to make a smooth sweeping turn into the spot and just as you are about to put it into park and jump out of your vehicle you look over at the side of the mini-van and see this sign:
Yes, my wheelchair van has this sign on the side of it and because I use this van as my everyday vehicle this scenario plays out every time I park in a parking lot. I find it interesting as to whether or not the spot on the left side of the van has a car in it when I come out of places. I do my best to park away from the buildings so as not to take up two prime locations, but there are times when I too need to make a quick stop on the way home.
So, what would you do?
